1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These terms govern your use of ZETT (the "service") in the United States region. The service is provided by [contracting entity — to be confirmed by counsel; see open question 1 in the regions design].

If you use ZETT on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

2. The service

ZETT provides workspace tools for creative freelancers and small teams: clients and leads, quotes and contracts, projects, video review, calendar, chat, invoicing helpers, a client portal, automations and AI-assisted features. Features and limits depend on your plan.

Workspaces created in the US region are hosted and stored in the United States. Sub-processors are listed in the privacy notice.

3. Accounts and workspaces

  • You are responsible for your credentials and for activity in your workspace.
  • Keep invite links, portal links and access codes confidential.
  • Tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.

4. Customer content

You keep ownership of the content you upload or create. You give us the permission needed to host, process and display it only to provide the service to you and to the people you invite.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, including attempting unauthorized access, uploading malware, abusing e-mail or SMS features, or sending unlawful content. We may suspend access where there is a security or abuse risk.

6. AI-assisted features

Some features generate text or suggestions with large language models through our model gateway. Output can be inaccurate; review it before you rely on it. [Counsel: provider terms on retention and training.]

7. Plans, trials and payment

[Counsel: pricing, trial terms, automatic renewal disclosures, cancellation, refunds and sales tax. Card payments are processed by Stripe.]

8. Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Notice. Business customers can request a data processing addendum, including CCPA service-provider terms.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

[Counsel: warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability.]

10. Termination

You can stop using the service and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms. [Counsel: notice and data export.]

11. Changes to these terms

We version these terms. When a change is material we will ask you to accept the new version before you continue to use the app.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

[Counsel: governing law, venue, and whether an arbitration clause and class-action waiver apply.]

13. Contact
