Version 1.0.0 · effective 2026-10-17 (current)· European UnionRomână

DRAFT — pending legal review. This text is a structural placeholder. It has not been written or approved by counsel and must not be relied on, or used for paying customers, until it is replaced by a reviewed version.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These terms govern your use of ZETT (the "service") in the European Union region. The service is provided by [legal entity name, registered office and registration number — to be confirmed by counsel] ("we", "us").

If you use ZETT on behalf of a company or another organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

2. The service

ZETT provides workspace tools for creative freelancers and small teams: clients and leads, quotes and contracts, projects, video review, calendar, chat, invoicing helpers, a client portal, automations and AI-assisted features. Features and limits depend on your plan.

Workspaces created in the EU region are hosted and stored in the European Union. Some sub-processors process data outside the EEA; they are listed in the sub-processor list.

3. Accounts and workspaces

  • You are responsible for your credentials and for activity in your workspace.
  • Keep invite links, portal links and access codes confidential.
  • Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
  • Workspace owners decide who can access the workspace and with which role.

4. Customer content

You keep ownership of the content you upload or create (for example videos, files and client data). You give us the permission needed to host, process and display it only to provide the service to you and to the people you invite.

You confirm that you have the rights needed for the content you upload.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service. This includes attempting unauthorised access, uploading malware, abusing e-mail or SMS features, sending unlawful content, or interfering with other customers. We may suspend access where there is a security or abuse risk.

6. AI-assisted features

Some features generate text or suggestions with large language models through our model gateway. Output can be inaccurate; review it before you rely on it or send it to a client. [Counsel: describe the provider terms on retention and training.]

7. Plans, trials and payment

[Counsel: pricing, trial terms, renewal, cancellation, refunds, VAT and invoicing. Card payments are processed by Stripe.]

8. Data protection

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf as a processor, the Data Processing Agreement applies.

9. Availability and changes to the service

[Counsel: service levels, maintenance, and how we notify changes to features.]

10. Liability

[Counsel: limitation of liability, consumer and B2B carve-outs under Romanian and EU law.]

11. Termination

You can stop using the service and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms. [Counsel: notice periods and data export after termination.]

12. Changes to these terms

We version these terms. When a change is material we will ask you to accept the new version before you continue to use the app. Earlier versions remain available on this page.

13. Governing law and disputes

[Counsel: governing law (Romanian/EU), competent courts, consumer rights and ODR information.]

14. Contact

Questions about these terms: see the contact details on the Support page.
